As long as I happen to be an illustrator and graphic designer, we may as well use that to try and spread the word. I've created some designs for enthusiastic readers who might want to post something fun about the 10 in 10 Diet. I had them on a couple of pages, but they looked like ads and I don't know whether that might have kept people from clicking. I had one teacher write to tell me she had posted it in the teachers' lounge at her school.
